This website, shopidleform.com, is operated by ADB Studios LLC under the brand Idle Form. These terms explain your use of our store and purchases from us. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, and Printful produces and fulfills our made-to-order products. Idle Form is your point of contact for orders and customer service.
Using the store
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the store, access another person’s account, submit fraudulent orders, or upload content you are not entitled to share. If you create an account, keep its sign-in details secure.
Products and orders
Review the selected car design, garment style, color, size, price, and delivery details before placing an order. Each garment has its own fit and size guide. Garment-dyed fabrics can have natural shade variation. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Our products are made after ordering. Contact us promptly if you need an order changed or cancelled. We will check its status, but changes may not be possible after production begins. Any cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain in force.
Prices and payment
The selected product and variant price is shown before checkout. Checkout displays the order currency, shipping charges, and any taxes collected with your payment. Future price changes do not change an order already accepted at its agreed price.
If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order and it is cancelled, we will refund the payment for the cancelled items and any related charges that must be refunded.
Shipping, returns, and order problems
Our shipping policy explains production, delivery, and shipment issues. For a return, replacement, or refund request, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Any return policy shown with your purchase and your applicable legal rights remain in force. Please contact Idle Form about an order rather than mailing an item directly to a production facility without instructions.
Privacy and customer submissions
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used. If you send us a review or photo, submit only content you have the right to share and avoid including private information about other people. Sending a support message does not by itself grant permission for us to use your image in advertising.
Website content and third-party services
Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce its artwork. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively reduce your rights for orders already placed.
